What is it?
Fluidra is a Spanish pool manufacturer, founded in Barcelona, Spain since 1969. It’s currently an international company with around 6,000 employees working in production centers and sales offices located in more than 45 countries in Europe, North America, Australia, Asia, and Africa.
Scope of project
This is a “static” web project. Even though they have multiple content such as products, articles, list on dealers etc. They decided to start with a very simple static web — meaning they don’t have the CMS to update their content. I believe they also need to meet the tight budget so they went this way. We put all the updatable content in csv which we can easily convert to json easily when the client has new content.
My Involvement
As a contractor with Codediva, I was the main Project Manager. I worked with both teams to get in done within the timeline. I lead the meeting with their team in Thailand and the team in Spain as they need to pull some products data from the database hosted privately on their European servers.
